Gloria has more than 20 years of global and domestic human resources leadership experience. She oversees the fostering and promotion of SHRM memberships, educational programs, certification, and services focused on advancing the profession of human resources and creating better workplaces for all. Gloria holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Widener University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University.
