Gold : Elevate
Gold-level employers provide a comprehensive package of benefits, policies, and practices that foster a fair and inclusive workplace, promoting employee well-being. Minimum survey scores have been met by all staff and each demographic subgroup comprising of at least 5 employees. At least 12 weeks of fully paid parental or caregiver leave is provided to regular employees of all genders. A pay equity audit has been conducted and no unexplained disparities have been found. Action plans include 6-month and 2-year equity goals.
Silver : Empower
