Overview

Ellequate is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Specialist who wants to be part of an innovative startup transforming the future of work. This opportunity is best suited for motivated individuals who enjoy the art of business-to-business sales. Successful candidates will be self-motivated with a natural ability and enjoyment for building relationships, problem-solving, and driving sales. We are seeking someone who is collaborative, persistent, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented. This individual will work closely with our team to identify prospects, develop strategic partnerships, and generally increase revenue.
Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients who would benefit from Ellequate’s services, helping us to meet and even surpassing sales goals.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with Ellequate’s team to develop effective strategies for selling our products and services, and analyze market trends to craft informed strategies that keep us ahead of the curve.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our platform, and forge meaningful, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring that they feel valued and understood from the first interaction.
Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize sales opportunities to ensure a consistent flow of sales inquiries.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
Demonstrated experience in business-to-business sales, particularly within the startup space and/or with HR technology, with a track record of tangible successes.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural talent for building rapport and fostering relationships quickly.
A proactive mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a genuine commitment to enhancing customer experiences.
A demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficient in handling data, conducting market research, and applying insights to drive decision-making.
